Refund Policy

All payments made for Lexa Translator are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Lexa Translator is a usage-based digital service with plan-based access to translation features and monthly usage allowances.

By purchasing a plan, you are paying for access to the Service and its available usage allowances, not for a guaranteed result or outcome.

Unused plan allowances:

• Do not carry over to the next billing cycle
• Are not refundable

Due to the nature of the Service, refunds will not be granted once the Service has been used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any translation performed
• Any included usage allowance consumed
• Any automated or API usage
• Any interaction resulting in resource consumption

Usage is tracked and logged in our systems and may be used as evidence in disputes.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical issues that prevented access to the Service
• Billing errors caused by the Company

We may request additional information before processing a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

Requests submitted after this period may be denied.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days.

However, by starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service begins immediately
• You lose your right of withdrawal once usage has started

Refunds will not be granted where:

• A significant portion of the allocated plan usage has been used
• The Service has been used extensively prior to the request
• There are signs of abuse, automation, or attempts to bypass limits

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes excessive usage.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

• Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated
• Access to the Service may be revoked
• Future purchases may be restricted or blocked

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence, including usage logs and account activity.

We maintain logs of Service usage, which may include:

• Usage consumed under your current plan
• Timestamps of activity
• Account activity

These logs may be used as evidence in dispute resolution.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before renewal:

• The subscription may renew automatically
• The next billing cycle will be charged

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing
• Does not entitle you to a refund
• Does not affect access during the current billing period

We may offer promotional pricing or discounts from time to time.

Such offers:

• May be time-limited
• May change or end at any time
• Apply only under the conditions presented at the time of purchase

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
